Adjacent to the main resort pool at Hyatt Regency Danang, Pool House enjoys breathtaking, uninterrupted views of Non Nuoc Beach and offers authentic local Vietnamese dishes such as Mì Quảng (turmeric rice noodles), Cao lầu (noodles with pork and greens) and Hội An Chicken Rice, as well as Western comfort food and delicious desserts, until 6:00pm.

As the sun sets, the atmosphere transforms and Pool House becomes a bar offering both indoor and alfresco seating and serving classic cocktails and exceptional wines, accompanied by live entertainment from the resident band.

Summer BBQ at Pool House

The restaurant offers an array of grilled specialities from a live barbecue station alongside fresh seafood, salads, sides and desserts.  The barbecue is priced at VND830,000 net, inclusive of free-flowing soft drinks and two bottles of Bière Larue per adult.  Available every Friday from 6:30pm to 10:00pm.  Subject to weather conditions.

Live music performances from Tuesday to Sunday every week

Live music is performed by a duo at Pool House from Tuesday to Sunday every week from 8:00 pm until late. If you come a little earlier you can enjoy a buy-one-get-one-free offer for beer, cocktails and wine during happy hours from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Spice up your taste buds with authentic Thai delicacies at our Pool House restaurant, the hotel's outlet adjacent to the main pool of Hyatt Regency Danang. Ms. Narumol, a Thai chef from You & Mee restaurant of Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok will be our guest chef and prepare specialities such as Som Tam seafood, Khao Phad, chicken Green Curry for the period from 29 April to 10 May 2015.
